What To Bring With You to Class:

Please bring the following to your class:

Please bring a valid photo I.D.; Driver's license is preferred, Passport can be accepted.
Please bring your New Jersey FID card, email, or your SBI number. If you do not have a New Jersey FID, we can help you obtain one.
Students are encouraged to bring their own firearms. If you don't have a firearm, you may rent one at the range for a charge.
Please bring 100 rounds of ammunition (50 rounds used for CCARE qualification.) Ammunition can be purchased at range.
Please bring a holster and belt for CCARE qualification.
Please wear comfortable clothing — no open-toed shoes, tank top shirts, or low cut t-shirt.
Any Medications that you might require during the course (please consider that class length time is subject to be extended)

Disqualifying Factors:

Before making a reservation, consider the following:

The following people are disqualified from possessing, renting, and/or handling firearms:

a. Any person who is an unlawful user of, addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled drug substance, even if they possess a medical marijuana card, or even if marijuana is legalized at a State level.
b. Any fugitive of justice.
c. Anyone convicted in any court, including a military court, of a felony, or any other crime for which the judge could have imprisoned them for more than one year, even if they received a shorter sentence, including probation.
d. People who have been adjudicated as a mental defective or have ever been committed to a mental institution.
e. People who are currently addicted to alcohol (alcoholics).
